“We’re curious to know how you have celebrated the great work you’re doing?”
This is a typical question we ask when we are working with coaching clients (individuals or couples).
The typical response is, “What do you mean by celebrate?”
I don’t know about you, but for us, it can be too easy to get caught up in day to day activities: getting things done, checking things off the list, meeting people, doing what we do, going here, going there, and yet we often forget to stop for a moment and celebrate.
Psychologically, this one act can have a significant effect on your attitude, approach, and most importantly, on how you feel about yourself and your relationship.

Then think about these questions:
- what, specifically have you accomplished today?
- how, specifically did you celebrate?
- what are you going to do tomorrow, to ensure you make the time for celebration?
- how will you feel when you celebrate daily?
We’d love to hear your comments.
